By accessing or using Packy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including travel advisors, agency administrators, and any individual who accesses the platform.
Packy is a software-as-a-service platform that enables travel advisors to generate AI-powered, branded packing lists for their clients based on uploaded itineraries. The Service includes:
To use Packy, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at info@hellopacky.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
Packy is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice to subscribers.
Your free trial includes 3 fully-featured packing lists. No credit card is required to start a trial. After your trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.
You agree to use Packy only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Packy and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Packy and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any itinerary content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Packy a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
The packing lists generated by the Service are provided for your use with your clients. You may brand and distribute them as your own as part of the white-label features included in your subscription.
Packy is designed to minimize the collection of sensitive client data. We do not collect government IDs, payment information, or health data from your clients. Itinerary content is processed to generate packing lists and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from your clients before uploading their itinerary information to the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that packing lists generated will be complete or suitable for any particular trip or client. Packing lists are AI-generated suggestions — you and your clients should use your own judgment in addition to any recommendations made by the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Packy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the applicable courts of competent jurisdiction.
